Are you looking for an unstructured and fun way to get your week started and your body moving? If so, then our Fabulous Walk’n Chat is for you.

Every Monday morning we meet inside West Edmonton Mall, upper level outside the Giovanni music store.

We walk for half an hour, starting precisely at 9:30am. At 10am you may choose to continue walking, get a coffee, do a little shopping or perhaps even go home. That decision is completely up to you.

This is a free activity. It is simply an opportunity to get a little exercise and meet others all while in the comforts of the mall.

Take time for YOU, you’re worth it!

Event: Finding my Rhythm

This two hour movement workshop is an opportunity for women to experience personal growth, confidence and self acceptance through fun and sexy movements.

Open to all fitness levels. Wear comfortable clothes that allow full range of motion. Bring a mat, water bottle, sense of humor and enthusiasm.
